Mr. Ravi Agrawal has been a part of the media industry since past eleven years. His business acumen coupled with his passion for quality cinema has ensured that the company does the right projects under the banner Plus Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
The director of the company believes in not only entertaining masses but also enriching them with some thought provoking films. The strong financial background of the company allows it to keep quality upfront, which ensures that profits shall follow their efforts. For this Mr. Agrawal has launched a publishing division by the name of ‘Plus Ink’. Its primary motive is to encourage literature with an eye for the celluloid. The first book published by the company - ‘I, Romantic’, is already being received well critically.
Within a span of merely three years, the banner has already produced four films.
Two of these films, ‘Akalpit’ and ‘Salaam – The Salute’ (Winner - Sanskruti Kala Darpan, Best Film, Best Director, Best Child Artist. Winner - Mata Samman, Best Child Artist, Winner – Govt Of Maharashtra (State Award), Best Child Artist) - have released to fabulous critical appreciation.
Their maiden venture into Hindi cinema released in November 2006 under the title “Deadline, Sirf 24 Ghante”, Starring: Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sensharma, Rajit Kapur, Sandhya Mridul and Zakir Hussain.
